Re-Find Health and Chef Holly Redman have teamed up to create a one-of-a-kind pop-up dinner in London. You’ll enjoy a six-course tasting menu that will be entirely gluten, grain, sugar, and dairy-free.

Meet the Chefs

 
Holly Redman: Chef, nutritional therapist and chemistry graduate, Holly Redman loves creating amazing paleo food. Her latest venture is Lliure, a food company that specialises in high-end gluten-free, paleo and allergy-friendly food. Serving up a smorgasbord of delicious dishes, Lliure’s food is all about embracing real food and creating dishes without processed ingredients and common allergens for an inclusive eating experience everyone can enjoy.

Toby Geneen: The other half of Lliure, Toby Geneen was raised in South West England until the age of 8 before moving to Cataluna in Spain for five years. He has worked in France, Australia, and around some fantastic kitchens in England before returning to the city he calls home. He takes great inspiration from the abundance of fantastic seasonal produce we get in this country and loves producing beautiful and creative plates that showcase British produce at its best.

Directions to Jenius Social: Located in the heart of the North London quarter, Jenius Social is situated in The Studios Islington, just round the corner from Holloway Road tube or a short stroll from Highbury & Islington station. We are only two stops away from King Cross St. Pancras station.

Tube and Train Stations: Holloway Road tube (Piccadilly line). Turn right out of the station onto Hornsey Street, walk past Tesco on your right, cross the road, walk past Stadium Residential and follow the curve of the building round to the final retail unit, Jenius Social.

Highbury & Islington station (Victoria Line & London Overground) is also only a 12-min walk away.
